The Cascade Compass is like a dream. It far beats the last spin bike that I had. All of the different resistant settings are gradual and consistent, not with the inconsistent and difficult to manage settings of the other one. Both bikes were well built but with the consistent resistant settings and programs of the Compass I am now very happy and if asked I would recommend the Compass even at full price.
