A: No, FREE SHIPPING is included on orders in the contiguous United States on all exercise bikes/ergometers. Accessories will be charged shipping if they are not ordered with your exercise bike/ergometer.
A: Generally deliveries will be made within 7-10 business days. If you live in a remote area, it may take a few additional days.
A: Yes. We will ship it via an over-the-road freight carrier that will deliver it curbside to your home. The freight company will contact you prior for delivery to set up an appointment between M-F 8-5 pm and someone will need to be present to take receipt of the shipment. The product will be boxed & on a pallet: please do not throw away the box or pallet until after the 30 day return period has passed. The carrier does not assemble the product nor assist with carriage beyond curbside.

A: Like most manufacturers, our warranty is not transferable. It is valid only for the original purchaser.
